Dulles, VA — January 25, 2011 — Grab Networks, the Web’s premiere content network for monetizing streaming media, today announced the promotion of Dave Jackson to Chief Revenue Officer, the addition of advertising veteran Orlando Reece to their New York City office, and the development of a west coast advertising effort led by executive Jeffrey Tripp.

“The promotion of Dave Jackson and the addition of two leading advertising executives underscores Grab Networks’ continued commitment to meet the increasingly diverse demands of our clients by crafting creative solutions and delivering market-leading consumer engagement rates,” said Grab Networks President Bill Holding.

Grab Networks’ distributed content network maximizes the value of online video and engages the increasingly fragmented universe of online viewers by delivering high-quality programming to targeted audiences, scaled against tens of thousands of properties across the Web.

“As the video landscape continues to evolve, our advertising team will tailor robust solutions to meet the challenges of our clients,” said Dave Jackson, CRO of Grab Networks. “Modern marketing campaigns are simply incomplete without a true, syndicated online video component. We’re excited to welcome two leading executives that are uniquely positioned to deliver real value and drive revenue.”

Industry veteran Orlando Reece joins Grab Networks as Senior Vice President of Ad Sales with over 20 years of television and digital sales experience. After several years leading the broadcast sales team at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., Reece will play a key role in accelerating ambitious growth goals with his expertise in cross platform programs and non-traditional advertising solutions. Reece is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and an award-winning member of the advertising community.

Jeffrey Tripp brings nearly 20 years of industry experience and a decade in digital advertising to Grab’s new San Francisco office as the Vice President of Advertising Sales. Most recently, Tripp started and lead West Coast sales for business and finance site TheStreet.com where he rapidly grew revenue and built profitable relationships with dozens of advertising agencies and blue chip marketers. Tripp is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Grab Networks indexes, syndicates and monitors video distribution across hundreds of thousands of sites to deliver industry-leading levels of consumer engagement and monetization for both content providers and advertisers. With streaming media growth expected to accelerate, Grab Networks is well positioned to leverage market interest by offering a full suite of services for media companies seeking to tap ancillary revenue streams.
